Vitello or was it?

Guy is our all knowledgable food menu guide. Well tonight he went for the vitello, the veal so he thought. The rest of us ordered the woodfired ultra thin crust pizze. Guy was served first with some thinned white shaved meat product that was lathered with some Mayo type substance he later thought was tartar sauce given the tang. Guy ordered a second pint of dark beer to ensure sufficient carbs for tomorrow. and starred at the gelateria across the square. He was quoted as saying..."veal is usually a safe choice in Europe.". Guy travels often to Germany and Holland but not Italy. Let that be a lesson to you kids.
